Responsibilities :
- Manages compensation planning by creating budgets for merit increases, retention programs, and incentives while analyzing market data and forecasting trends to align with overall company strategy.
- Analyzes compensation and market trends and prepares reports to support senior management with data-driven insights for rewards-related decisions.
- Develops and updates rewards policies, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal governance, and maintains consistent job evaluation and grading practices.
- Supports rewards operations by managing vendor relationships, overseeing employee benefits programs, and responding to employee questions to Ensure clear understanding of compensation and benefits.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in total rewards OR a Master’s degree in HR with no experience required
- Professional working ability in English and Japanese
