Responsibilities :
■Contribute to brand strategy development to maximize the sales potential of our products
■Identify issues and opportunities to fully capture the business dynamics
■Create and communicate key strategic messages based on the product value proposition which is competitive and sustainable
■Plan and execute assigned programs, tactics, and tools to deliver business success
■Implement brand strategy with customer facing functions
■Effectively manage relevant vendor and agency relationships to ensure deliverables and work products are in alignment with the tactical goals and in a timely manner
■Monitor and control expense budget related to responsible marketing activities
■Flexibly respond to request from product lead or senior product manager to support various key projects and initiatives that may arise related to responsible area

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :
■Must have at least 2 to 3 years experience in a product marketing role within a pharmaceutical company
■Prefer someone who has experience in diabetes , cardiovascular/ nephrology, or other TAs may be considered
■Should have good understanding of pharmaceutical business and sold understanding of health care policy and system
■Strong leadership with effective communication and interpersonal skills so as to realize co-work and cooperation with related parties concerned
■Issue management and problem-solving skills and very good logical thinking skills
