Responsibilities :
- Design and implement a cohesive learning and development strategy aligned with the company’s global business goals, talent priorities, and cultural values. Ensure scalability across regions and functions
- Lead initiatives to build leadership capabilities, succession planning, and high-potential talent programs. Partner with senior leaders to identify skill gaps and future workforce needs
- Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure the effectiveness of learning programs. Use data to continuously improve offerings and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders
