Responsibilities :
1. Digital Promotion & Remote Engagement
Conduct remote detailing and virtual product presentations using approved materials.
Maintain regular, compliant digital communication with assigned HCPs and stakeholders.
Support field activities by reinforcing key messages through digital touchpoints.
Achieve assigned digital activity KPIs (calls, webinars, engagement metrics, etc.).
2. Marketing Support (Digital Campaign Execution)
Support execution of digital marketing initiatives across third-party platforms (e.g., CareNet, M3) and company-owned media channels.
Assist in operational coordination of sponsored content, webinars, email distributions, and digital advertisements.
Monitor campaign progress and provide feedback on engagement performance.
Coordinate internally to ensure timely deployment of approved materials and content.
3. CRM & Data Management
Accurately record all customer interactions in Veeva CRM (or designated systems).
Track engagement data and support performance reporting.
Ensure high standards of data integrity and compliance documentation.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with KAMs, Marketing, Medical, and external vendors to ensure consistent and compliant execution of activities.
Share customer insights gathered through digital channels.
Support implementation of brand strategies at the execution level.
5. Product & Market Knowledge
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned products, competitors, and therapeutic areas.
Understand customer preferences in digital engagement environments.
Deliver accurate, balanced, and compliant information in all interactions.
6. Compliance & Ethical Conduct
Act in accordance with the MA Code of Conduct, the Ipsen Code for Ethical Conduct, and company policies.
Ensure adherence to pharmacovigilance requirements and all applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain professional, ethical, and compliant conduct in all digital activities.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :
Knowledge & Experience:
Approximately 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a Medical Representative (MR), Digital MR, or in a similar customer-facing role.
Experience or strong interest in digital promotion, omnichannel engagement, or multichannel customer communication.
Experience in remote detailing, online meetings, webinars, or digital customer interactions is preferred.
Exposure to CRM systems (e.g., Veeva) or other digital engagement tools is desirable.
Experience in supporting or collaborating on digital marketing initiatives (including third-party medical platforms or owned media) is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals and related stakeholders.
Proven ability to achieve performance targets in hospital, specialist, or similarly structured environments.
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional or matrix teams.
Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor of degree in a business, science, medicine or pharmacy or similar degree

- Fluent in Japanese
