Responsibilities :
- Oversee and Improve HR operations for the technical center, including compensation, evaluation processes, payroll coordination, labor management, and HRIS, ensuring smooth and effective execution.
- Plan, operate, and enhance HR policies and systems, such as compensation frameworks, evaluation systems, and various internal rules to support organizational effectiveness.
- Provide HRBP support to the organization, ensuring smooth operations through appropriate staffing, organizational changes, system operation, and change management in collaboration with other divisions.
- lead and participate in HR initiatives across the global and local group HR network, driving alignment and implementation of group-wide HR projects.
