Responsibilities :
- Lead Japan’s end- to- end Talent Acquisition strategy, strengthening pipelines for critical roles, enhancing recruitment processes, improving candidate experience.
- Drive employer branding initiatives in partnership with Marketing and regional TA teams to increase visibility and position the company as an employer of choice.
- Serve as a strategic HR advisor, translating business priorities into HR strategies aligned with APAC People & Culture frameworks.
- Shape organizational design and workforce planning, ensuring structures, roles, and capabilities support high performance and future business growth.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :
- strong communication skills in Japanese with business- level English.
- 10+ years of HR Experience
- Experience in recruitment and familiarity with common Sourcing platforms.
- ability to work independently and collaboratively, with Good analytical and problem- solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Japanese labor laws and HR practices, and strong interpersonal skills for working in a multicultural environment.
