Responsibilities :
- Lead and Manage a team of recruiters to Deliver high-quality Hiring outcomes across Various business units.
- develop and execute mid-career recruitment strategies to attract experienced professionals aligned with organizational needs.
- design and implement campus recruitment programs, including partnerships with universities and internship pipelines.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to forecast Hiring needs and align recruitment plans with workforce planning.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes to enhance Candidate Experience and Hiring efficiency.
