- Provide technical support and sales engagement for semiconductor physical verification tools.
- Propose and implement solutions tailored to customer needs and challenges.
- Act as a bridge between global consulting teams and customers, managing tasks and feedback.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
