Responsibilities :

- support organizational design and workforce planning, contributing to HR- driven structural and headcount initiatives.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including preparing calibration materials and providing operational support.
- Assist in talent management activities, such as succession planning and managing engagement survey cycles.
- maintain HR policies and Ensure compliance, collaborating with Legal and HR compliance to keep procedures aligned with regulations.
- Manage core HR processes, including time & attendance, payroll coordination, and contract renewal administration.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

- 3+ years of HR Experience in a generalist, operations, or business- partnering role.
- ability to support stakeholders using data- driven insights to inform decisions and Improve processes.
- understanding of HR policies, Japanese labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Native- level Proficiency in Japanese, both written and verbal.
