Responsibilities :
- Translate business goals into HR priorities and Deliver HR solutions that add strategic value, partnering with relevant HR teams to Ensure effective execution.
- Collaborate with regional Hub HRBP to Drive culture, organizational development, and people initiatives, leveraging existing HR programs or developing new solutions when needed.
- advise and Coach leaders on both strategic and operational HR matters, supporting people development, Hiring, employee engagement, and change management initiatives.
- lead and execute core HR processes, including workforce and succession planning, performance and talent management, compensation, organizational changes, and daily HR operations.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s welcome) with strong communication skills in Japanese and English.
- Several years of HR experience, including exposure to HR business partnering
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, build relationships, and communicate effectively with leaders.
- Experience in key HR areas such as employee relations, performance management, coaching, or talent development.
- Proactive and results- oriented mindset, with the ability to translate HR priorities into action and work effectively in a team.
