Responsibilities :

In this high- visibility role, you’ll bring your passion, creativity, and leadership to drive Joint Business Planning (JBP) initiatives and collaborate closely with cross- functional teams to elevate overall sales performance.
Core Responsibilities
Manage the full business cycle for assigned sales channels, guiding both internal team members and external field staff to deliver a compelling customer value proposition.
Lead major business transformation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and long- term commercial performance.
Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies for channels, key accounts, and both internal and external resources.
Build mid- term strategic plans and Joint Business Plans with priority customers to achieve mutually beneficial growth. Facilitate internal alignment with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and senior leadership.
Coach team members and external field personnel to execute action plans that support the JBP and other key strategic priorities.
Oversee end- to- end customer management, including insights gathering, performance analysis, and business reviews.
Manage trade investments and drive improvements across key commercial metrics.
Develop sales forecasts and collaborate with Demand Planning to ensure accurate projections. Deliver commercial results aligned with monthly sales targets, including both sell- in and sell- through performance.
Review business results on a weekly basis, identify short- term opportunities or risks, and activate timely countermeasures.
Participate in regular cross- functional meetings such as demand reviews, business performance reviews, and team updates.
Lead one or two cross- account initiatives, such as multi- retailer joint promotions or campaigns tied to key commercial occasions.
Represent the organization in customer meetings, owning the contact and engagement strategy for assigned accounts.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :
7+ years of experience in sales or customer management, ideally within FMCG, branded products, or headquarters roles in modern retail chains.
Strong background in account management, annual planning cycles, and cross- functional collaboration rather than purely transactional work.
Global mindset with experience in international companies or overseas assignments.
Effective communication and networking skills.
Comfortable with data analysis, presenting insights, conducting business in English, and using Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to work independently, act as a subject matter expert, and mentor others; able to identify and define tasks autonomously.
Agile, goal- oriented, proactive, and highly collaborative.
Experience in eCommerce, Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Joint Business Planning is a plus.
Fluency in Business English and Japanese for customer engagement.
