Responsibilities :
- Expand Japan’s payroll capabilities to better meet the needs of both local and regional clients.
- Provide clear leadership and direction to the team, ensuring performance standards are consistently achieved or surpassed.
- Oversee monthly payroll operations to guarantee timely and accurate outputs.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for client issues, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and advise management on necessary actions.
- Collaborate with international teams to support strategic initiatives and assist business units across regions.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :
- 5 years of hands-on experience in payroll operations
- Strong communication skills with a sales-focused approach
- Native-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments, adapting quickly and building processes from the ground up
