Responsibilities :
- Partner with business leaders to support strategic HR initiatives and drive organizational effectiveness.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Support change management and employee engagement programs aligned with company culture and values.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with Japanese labor laws and internal policies.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :
- 3 years of experience as a HRBP
- Able to work independently
- Familiar with Japanese labour law
- Experienced working in a large, global company is preferred
