Responsibilities :
- coordinate and Support company-wide Learning & Development initiatives, including scheduling, logistics, and tracking participation.
- Assist in designing and implementing training programs aligned with business needs.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, Candidate Screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Monitor and report on L&D and recruitment metrics to Support continuous improvement.
Provide general HR Support and contribute to other HR projects as needed.
