Job Description

- Provide strategic HR leadership by anticipating organizational and people-related trends and implementing effective HR solutions.

- Design and execute strategies to improve organizational, team, and individual performance to support business goals.

- Collaborate with HR functional partners and senior leaders to align HR initiatives with broader business objectives.

- Facilitate the employee life cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and guiding employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.

- Coach managers on employee and labor relations, performance management, progressive discipline, and development planning.

- Develop processes and draft policies that enhance effectiveness, workflow, and communication.

- Partner with managers to establish career paths, identify training opportunities, and support talent acquisition.

- Draft internal communications relating to policy changes, events, benefits, and required training.

- Support annual compensation planning and foster a work environment that promotes engagement, diversity, and full utilization of employee strengths.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

Qualifications

- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in HR or relevant roles

- HR leadership and team management experience in a multinational environment

- Strong employee relations skills with the ability to earn trust and credibility

- Excellent business acumen, facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills

- Ability to build relationships and influence without direct authority

- Team-oriented mindset with strong project and process management skills, delivering measurable results
