Responsibilities :
- Drive end to end recruitment activities for positions across Japan, including Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, and managing the Offer process.
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand role expectations and craft effective Hiring strategies
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive and targeted Sourcing efforts
- Leverage job boards, social media platforms, and networking channels to attract high quality candidates
- work with internal stakeholders and the HR team to Ensure a seamless Onboarding Experience for new hires

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :
- Native-level Japanese proficiency paired with strong English reading and writing capabilities
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience (either in-house or agency), ideally within a dynamic, fast paced setting
- Highly self motivated individual with excellent communication abilities and strong stakeholder management skills
