Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
● Develop and implement annual and long-term marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals and local market dynamics.
● Own the product marketing lifecycle, including product positioning, value proposition, pricing, messaging, and segmentation.
● Lead local marketing campaigns to raise awareness of sleep apnea and chronic respiratory disease and drive diagnosis and treatment adoption.
● Plan and execute product launches, promotions, digital programs, and KOL engagement strategies.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Manage and mentor a team of clinical and market engagement specialists.
● Work closely with clinical teams, sales, and service delivery functions to align messaging, training, and go-to-market strategies.
Market Intelligence & Analytics
● Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activity, customer insights, and reimbursement policy changes.
● Own the marketing budget and deliver ROI-driven planning, reporting, and optimization.
● Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership regularly. Stakeholder Engagement
● Build relationships with KoLs healthcare professionals, sleep clinics, respiratory therapists, and academic institutions.
● Represent the company at medical congresses, trade shows, and industry forums.
● Support distributor and channel partner enablement when relevant.
