You will be responsible for:
- Explain the local action plan to support team members in their understanding of what needs to be done
- Develop and implement a customer contact plan to communicate product launches
- Identify potential customers by obtaining information, referrals, and recommendations
- Identify the products or services that best meet the customer's stated needs
- Build strong external customer relationships and meet customer needs
- Monitor team members' use of the customer relationship management system
You will be responsible for:

- Driving key initiatives, critical thinking, quality and productivity within the organization
