・This role will be the primary representative for Evonik with customers throughout Japan focusing exclusively on the COS* product line, with strong emphasis on calling on brand-owners and formulator/consultants.
*COS product stands for mainly “Kizai” such as emollient, emulsifier, conditioners, solubilizers etc.
・The incumbent must possess strong commercial and technical skills to become an expert in the market, competitors, key players, and Evonik's COS product line.
・This role ensures that a dynamic opportunities and sales pipeline is created and managed to achieve the annual and midterm actives growth plan.
・This position will work closely with the regional COS BD and country business team to develop and implement the business development strategy for Japan.
・A strong entrepreneurial mindset will be essential to achieve the sales growth goals of this highly profitable and strategic market segment.
