【職務内容】

ライフサイエンス プロセスソリューションズ事業本部では、医薬品製造メーカーを中心に、開発及び製造プロセスで使用される消耗品(細胞、培地、医薬品原材料、フィルター、クロマト樹脂、シングルユース製品等)、システムハードウェアーおよびバリデーションサービスを販売しております。営業第三部ではニューモダリティ（ウイルスベクター、mRNA、pDNA）の分野における新規開拓を中心にエリアの成長へ導く活動を行います。　

顧客を訪問し、案件を獲得するための活動を部内の技術部門など各サポート部門と協力してコンサルティング営業を行います。

Tokyo,7.0M ～ 9.0M

■　Demand Planning & Forecast Management
Create and manage a 12?18 month rolling forecast using the S&OP process.
Work with Sales and Marketing to reflect market trends in demand plans.
Analyze sales by product/SKU to improve forecast accuracy and meet KPIs.
Lead planning for new and phase-in/out products.
Identify risks and opportunities by analyzing gaps between forecast and actual supply.

■　Coordination with Supply Chain & Customer Service
Focus on short-term (3-month) planning and monitor order status.
Adjust supply plans weekly/monthly with logistics and supply teams.
Manage inventory and support S&OE process.
Align demand plans with internal teams through monthly reviews.

■System Implementation & Forecast Accuracy
Ensure data consistency between planning systems and actual plans.
Use AERA and SAP to analyze demand trends and improve planning.
Participate in regional ERP system projects to support APAC operations.

■Key Stakeholders
Internal: CEO, Sales/Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, Regional teams
External: Customers, Contract manufacturers, Logistics partners

・Prepare and manage RFQs with detailed specifications and pricing targets.
・Negotiate pricing and make sourcing decisions to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
・Maintain procurement systems and databases; create and update purchase orders.
・Identify cost-saving opportunities and support reporting activities.
・Collaborate with quality, logistics, and engineering teams on operational needs and changes.
・Support supplier improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legal standards.
・Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.
