本ポジションでは、日本のOEMと米国本社の開発チームとの間に立ち、電子インナーミラーなどの新製品開発を顧客視点で主導していただきます。
技術的な窓口として、設計成果物の補完、文化・業務プロセスの調整、品質・納期・コストの管理を担います。

主な業務内容：

・顧客との技術的折衝および米国本社との連携
・開発マイルストーンの管理と進捗報告
・技術的整合性の確保と品質基準の導入支援（ISO/SAE 21434、ISO 26262など）
・日本チームの技術的リーダーとしての育成・指導
・営業・品質・技術チームとの連携による新規受注活動の推進

Independently lead global and local project teams for one or more automotive clients.
Manage 3?6 audio system programs, including both application and core development engineering.
Define tasks, create work breakdown structures, and establish program schedules and budgets.
Facilitate decision-making and consensus within cross-functional teams.
Lead team meetings, track project progress, and publish meeting minutes.
Collaborate with sales, supplier engineering, and design engineering to meet system cost targets.
Negotiate resource allocations and resolve conflicts with functional managers.
Identify and resolve program issues, escalating when necessary.
Oversee project execution from concept to SOP across global manufacturing sites.
