This role, based in Japan, will be focused on project management but will include the technical feasibility and EPC negotiation (identify suppliers and service providers, keep business intelligence of the market, organize tenders, negotiate contracts, coordinate implementation). The type of projects planned are mainly energy storage greenfield in front of the meter and eventually large-scale energy storage behind the meter.

日本を拠点とするこの職務は、プロジェクト・マネジメントに重点を置くが、技術的なフィージビリティやEPC交渉（サプライヤーやサービス・プロバイダーの特定、市場のビジネス・インテリジェンスの維持、入札の組織化、契約交渉、実施の調整）も含まれる。計画されているプロジェクトの種類は、主にメーター前のエネルギー貯蔵グリーンフィールドと、最終的にはメーター後の大規模エネルギー貯蔵である。

開発初期段階（コンセプト、フィージビリティスタディ）から試運転後（オペレーション）まで、入札管理、NTPから試運転までのEPCのコーディネーションなど、技術的なプロジェクトマネジメントができる方を求めています。

・ Maintain the role of a Lead Commissioning Engineer for major projects.
・ Provide strategic and tactical building services commissioning management.
・ Technically responsible for delivery of service in accordance with Client expectations
・ Manage compilation of technical reports and submission of status reports, including progress update
・ Commissioning appraisal of design / shop drawing, specification, and documents
・ Handles reviews / discussion with contractors / manufacturers response method statements
・ Plan and schedule work in a systematic and efficient manner
・ Undertake progressive site inspections to identify commissioning-related concerns
・ Witness contractor's testing and commissioning results and confirm compliance
・ Ensure works are carried out aligned with the Company procedures/industry codes
・ Review of project staff Time Sheets / Expenses to ensure the budget is in control
・ Ability to lead Commissioning teams and manage team members.
・ Provide management, advises, guidance (& onsite training) of project resources

Tokyo,5.0M ～ 7.0M

The Project Engineer will work closely with commissioning team in the site operations and responsible for supporting the project progression, in ensuring the expectations, works, procedures and deadlines are met.
・ Assist Commissioning Manager in ensuring the successful implementation of project
・ Undertake testing & commissioning activities.
・ Assist Manager to monitor the on-site progress and site meeting coordination
・ Handles reviews / Tracking manufacturers / vendor response method statements
・ Witness contractor's testing and commissioning results and confirm compliance
・ Undertake progressive site inspections to identify commissioning related concerns
・ Handle project administration and documentation works
