The Product Technical Manager (System Validation TPM) leads and coordinates the system testing activities
(System Test (Verification & Validation), System Integration test).
He/she is responsible of the System Integration, Verification and Validation test strategy in order to ensure
optimal coverage and testing of system level features.
He/she is responsible of the scheduling of testing activities for System Test levels.
He/she ensures the maturity of the deliverables toward the project milestones and the efficiency of the System
Validation Sub Project.
- Plan Quality Management Activities for System development, and perform.
- Provide "added value" to the development teams.
- Strong cooperate as a team player in the project teams.
- Monitors, reports and supports to conform applied automotive Quality standards, agreed customer quality requirements, internal Quality policies, practices and procedures.
- Participate actively in the lessons learned and process improvement activities.
- Interface to internal and external (Customer, Suppliers) for System Quality matters
◆Tasks
- Sales Management
o Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing customers and seeks new customers/markets
o Expedites the resolution of customer queries, problems and complaints
o Monitors and improves customer satisfaction
o Ensures the updates of customer accounts and price lists in SAP
o Prepares concise and accurate reports, proposals and other required documentation for presentations
- Prospection and Business Development
o Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers worldwide
o Promotes products & services to existing/potential customers
o Coordinates sales effort along with the rest of the team, Sales agents and colleagues worldwide
o Contributes in deciding and implementing commercial policies, price adjustments, sales promotions and profitability analysis
- Monthly Report: actual sales, open orders and year-end sales landing estimations by customers/countries
- Weekly Report: new order intake by customers/countries
- Contact / Meetings / Visits (virtual and in person) to existing and prospective customers
- Participates in trade shows and conventions
