HR Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with the broad business leaders and team to align HR strategies with business goals. Provide strategic HR guidance and support to foster a high-performance culture.

?Analyze HR challenges, including Talent Management, Organization Development, Engagement through communication with stakeholders. Develop, execute, and manage project plans including responsibility for scheduling, resource forecasting, managing project financials, and providing input and justification for costs and budget impact.
?Monitor and control overall project performance (timeline, budget, and resource utilization) against plan and works with the HR project team to implement adjustments when issues are identified and require resolution
?Control and mitigate HR project risks by performing the qualitative and quantitative analysis of risks and trigger events, planning risk response, establishing contingency plans, anticipating dependencies affected by ongoing project changes, and recommending ways to mitigate future risks to management.
?Coordinate change management efforts to support organizational transformation and ensure smooth transitions during periods of change.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Play a key role in providing support to IPS team from financial point of view to maximize results.
Take initiatives for improvements in process and way of working to improve efficiency and accuracy of reporting.
Establish new KPI measurement methods if needed and change rules to adapt business needs flexibly.
Have full responsibility for monthly closing activities of IPS with accuracy in addition to analyzing deviations from target and reporting to IPS management team.
Have full responsibility for the data quality, compliance with financial policies. and procedures across all controlling activities related to IPS. Responsible for documenting all financial process flows in IPS.

Act as Head of HR for an organization of approximately 100 employees
Lead and coordinate key HR initiatives and organizational development projects
Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies and drive organizational growth
Manage annual HR processes, talent management, and employee engagement efforts
Lead change management, coaching for leaders, and deliver employee and manager training
Oversee HR reporting (monthly/quarterly) on headcount, personnel costs, etc.
Manage labor relations and negotiations, ensure HR KPI improvements, and lead local transformation projects
Ensure compliance with HR policies and local laws; coach junior HR members and support site leadership
