HR Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with the broad business leaders and team to align HR strategies with business goals. Provide strategic HR guidance and support to foster a high-performance culture.
?Analyze HR challenges, including Talent Management, Organization Development, Engagement through communication with stakeholders. Develop, execute, and manage project plans including responsibility for scheduling, resource forecasting, managing project financials, and providing input and justification for costs and budget impact.
?Monitor and control overall project performance (timeline, budget, and resource utilization) against plan and works with the HR project team to implement adjustments when issues are identified and require resolution
?Control and mitigate HR project risks by performing the qualitative and quantitative analysis of risks and trigger events, planning risk response, establishing contingency plans, anticipating dependencies affected by ongoing project changes, and recommending ways to mitigate future risks to management.
?Coordinate change management efforts to support organizational transformation and ensure smooth transitions during periods of change.
