- Coordinate and support company-wide Learning & Development initiatives, including scheduling, logistics, and tracking participation.
- Assist in designing and implementing training programs aligned with business needs.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Monitor and report on L&D and recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement.
Provide general HR support and contribute to other HR projects as needed.

- Develop and execute mid-career recruitment strategies to attract experienced professionals aligned with organizational needs.

- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment plans with workforce planning.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes to enhance candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including negotiating terms and extending offers to selected candidates.
- Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company.
