To participate, you need to be a part of our candidate database. However, if you aren’t yet, you can still register directly or with one of our consultants. After registering, if you know someone suitable for job openings, simply fill out this form. Alternatively, if you are already in communication with one of our consultants, please feel free to reach out and let them know you would like to refer someone.

Once you make a referral, our dedicated recruitment consultants will assess the referred candidate’s suitability for our open roles. And if they get hired and complete three months in the new company, you are automatically eligible for the dining voucher!

We will notify you once your referred candidate is successfully placed and again when they complete their 3rd month at the new company. 

Once your referred candidate, who has been successfully placed by our team, has reached his/her 3rd month at the new company, we will immediately get in touch with you in order to arrange your receipt of the dining voucher. 

In the case that the rebate period JAC International has in place with its client is longer than 3 months, then the voucher will only be provided at the end of the set rebate period. 

We will be awarding only 5-star hotel dining vouchers that are worth up to 50,000 JPY for two people. The hotel will be chosen by our team based on the location and availability offered by the hotels.

Absolutely! You can refer as many candidates as you like. Each successful referral placement that meets the criteria will qualify you for the dining voucher. The more referrals you send our way, the more chances of one or more of them getting placed successfully!
