Responsibilities :

- support the design and optimization of organizational structures and functions, providing insights that strengthen company culture and leadership effectiveness.
- Coach and advise Directors and Managers on people management, offering guidance on performance, communication, and leadership capabilities.
- Deliver HR expertise across feedback, compliance, policies, benefits, communication, and employee relations, resolving employee issues and ensuring alignment with labor laws.
- Collaborate with global HR/HRBP teams and participate in cross- company projects to enhance HRBP capabilities and Drive enterprise-wide initiatives.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

- Around 3- 5 years of HR generalist experience, with exposure to recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and employee development.
- Comfortable partnering with leaders and supporting the business using data- driven insights, strong communication, and relationship- building skills.
- Basic understanding of Japanese labor laws (experience with unions is a plus) and the ability to work collaboratively in an international, matrix-style environment.
- Adaptable and proactive mindset, with the ability to manage change, work independently, and communicate effectively in both Japanese and English.
