Responsibilities :

- Drive solution-based sales activities for embedded device and application development companies across various industries, including industrial automation, medical devices, consumer electronics, and more.
- Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions using a suite of development tools and services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize resource utilization and lead accounts toward successful closure.
- Build and maintain mid- to long-term relationships with existing clients while expanding horizontally to uncover new opportunities.
- Develop new accounts and establish sustainable pipelines for continued growth.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Contribute to the company’s strategic goals by strengthening its presence in a key regional market.

- Annual salary range: 9,000,000 to 15,000,000
- Monthly base salary: 580,000 to 970,000
- Compensation structure: Base 65%, Incentive 35%
- Full coverage of commuting expenses

- Flex time system with core hours from 10:00 to 16:00
- Annual holidays: 125 days
- Paid leave granted from the first day of employment

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

- Over 5 years of experience in corporate solution sales, with a proven track record in software, development tools, or platform-related sales.
- Strong understanding of embedded device or software development processes.
- Experience selling software licenses to technical decision-makers such as C-level executives, product managers, and project managers.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Business-level English and native-level Japanese proficiency.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to engage a wide range of clients.
