Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

◇REQUIRED SKILLS
- Understanding of Labour Law, Compensation & Benefit, HR operations, and its hands-on implementation
- 5+ years of HR experience (e.g. TA, HR administration, etc)
- 10+ years of working experience, retail industries experience is preferred
- Fluent Japanese / Business Level English
- University degree
- Intermediate PC skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
