Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to Deliver high-quality hiring outcomes across Various business units.
- develop and execute mid-career recruitment strategies to attract experienced professionals aligned with organizational needs.
- design and implement campus recruitment programs, including partnerships with universities and internship pipelines.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment plans with workforce planning.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes to enhance candidate Experience and hiring efficiency.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :
