1.Our company accepts job posting applications for all positions within Japan and the following countries, where we hold the necessary permits: South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, India, the United Kingdom (Great Britain and Northern Ireland), Germany, and the United States. However, we will not accept applications that violate laws and regulations, or have wages, working hours, or other working conditions that are significantly below standard conditions.
2.Job posting applications should be submitted directly by the applicant or their representative using the designated job posting application form. If direct submission is not possible, applications can be sent by mail, phone, fax, or email.
3.When submitting a job posting application, please provide clear details about the job, including wages, working hours, and other employment conditions in advance, either in writing or via email. If there is an urgent need to proceed with the introduction and it is not possible to specify these details in advance in writing or via email, please use other methods to specify the necessary information.

3.Individuals who wish to engage in daily wage work, or temporary work on a regular basis can bypass the job application procedure by registering with our company and presenting a separately specified registration certificate.
1.For job seekers, we will make every effort to help them quickly find a job that matches their preferences and abilities, in accordance with the principle of freedom of choice of occupation as stipulated in Article 2 of the Employment Security Act.
2.For employers, we will make every effort to find job seekers that meet their requirements.
3.When introducing job seekers, we will provide the job seeker with a written statement detailing the job responsibilities, wages, working hours, and other working conditions in advance, or via email if requested. However, if there is an urgent need to proceed with the introduction and it is not possible to specify these details in advance in writing or via email, we will use other methods to specify the necessary information.
4.When introducing job seekers to employers, we will issue an introduction letter, which the job seeker should bring to the employer.
5.Once we have accepted a job posting application or job application, we will take responsibility for the introduction process.
6.To maintain a neutral stance in labor disputes, we will not introduce job seekers to employers during periods of strikes or lockouts.
7.Once employment is confirmed, we will charge the employer an introduction fee based on the fee schedule in the appendix.
1.Our company will work closely with public employment security agencies and other job placement service providers and will promptly and appropriately address any complaints from job seekers related to our services.
2.Both employers and job seekers are requested to report to us the outcomes of the job placement services we provide. Additionally, employers should inform us if a job seeker we introduced, who entered into a non-fixed term employment contract, leaves the job within six months of employment (excluding cases of dismissal).
3.We will handle personal information properly obtained from job seekers or employers in accordance with the relevant regulations for management of personal information.
4.When providing information about job postings through advertisements, we will not make false or misleading statements. To ensure the information remains accurate and up-to-date, if there is a request from employers or job seekers to discontinue to provide the information or to correct the content, of if our company confirms that the information is no longer updated, our company will respond without delay and take the necessary measures. We will also regularly confirm with employers or job seekers whether the information is current.
5.Our company will not engage in discriminatory treatment against job seekers or employers in the acceptance of applications, interviews, guidance, introductions, or other services based on race, nationality, creed, gender, social status, family origin, previous occupation, or union membership.
6.The scope of job types handled by our company includes all positions within Japan and the following countries, where we hold the necessary permits: South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, India, the United Kingdom (Great Britain and Northern Ireland), Germany, and the United States.
7.The regulations for the operation of our business are as stated above. Our business is conducted in accordance with the Employment Security Act and related laws and regulations. If you have any questions, please ask our staff for detailed information.
1.Only personnel involved in job placement services will handle personal information within our business premises. The job placement manager at each location will be responsible for the personal information protection department.
2.All personnel handling personal information will undergo annual training on proper handling procedures. Additionally, job placement managers must attend a specialized training session at least once every five years.
3.If an individual requests disclosure of their personal information, the person responsible for the personal information protection department will promptly provide information based on objective facts, such as qualifications and work experience. If a correction (including deletion) is requested and the request is based on objective facts, the correction will be made promptly.
Our company charges an introduction fee from employers (the hiring company) as a success fee. All career support services for registered job seekers are free of charge.
In accordance with the Employment Security Act, the fee rates and initial fees reported to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare are as follows. The fees and initial fees listed below are the maximum amounts; your company’s specific fee rate will be detailed separately in the application form and contract.

The above fees do not include consumption tax.
Refund Policy
As a general rule, our company will refund 50% of the referral fee if the job seeker we introduced resigns for personal reasons within three months of joining the employer.
