About the Company :

EU Automotive Parts Supplier

Responsibilities :

- Sales Management
o Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing customers and seeks new customers/markets
o Expedites the resolution of customer queries, problems and complaints
o Monitors and improves customer satisfaction
o Ensures the updates of customer accounts and price lists in SAP
o Prepares concise and accurate reports, proposals and other required documentation for presentations
- Prospection and Business Development
o Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers worldwide
o Promotes products & services to existing/potential customers
o Coordinates sales effort along with the rest of the team, Sales agents and colleagues worldwide
o Contributes in deciding and implementing commercial policies, price adjustments, sales promotions and profitability analysis
- Monthly Report: actual sales, open orders and year-end sales landing estimations by customers/countries
- Weekly Report: new order intake by customers/countries
- Contact / Meetings / Visits (virtual and in person) to existing and prospective customers
- Participates in trade shows and conventions

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

◆Education and experience level
- University bachelor’s degree or above
- 8+ years management experience is mandatory
- 8+ years experience in sales (both domestic and international) is mandatory
- Experience and knowledge in Automotive industry is mandatory
- Experience and knowledge in aftermarket (both domestic and international) is a big plus
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Must be able to travel overseas to meet customers and visit market

◆Languages,Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent / business in both Japanese and English
