Responsibilities :

- Ensure smooth and efficient design, procurement, construction, and delivery of data centres across Japan.
- Prepare planning and development schedule.
- Prepare construction budget.
- Manage construction budget, building specification with internal team and design firms, selected contactors.
- Conduct technical due diligence on candidate lands.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :
