About the Company :

Responsibilities :

- Improve and develop processes and equipment for advanced memory device manufacturing.
- Handle one or more of the following process areas: dry etching, wet etching (cleaning), CMP, PE-CVD, LP-CVD, metal, diffusion/ion implantation, lithography.
- Establish next-generation mass production technologies, including cost reduction and new equipment evaluation.
- Launch mass production for miniaturized products, including recipe development and yield improvement.
- Stabilize mass production processes through margin evaluation, process capability enhancement, and variation reduction.
- Engage in development and implementation of technologies aimed at improving quality, cost, and productivity.

Benefits :

- Annual salary ranging from 5,000,000 to 10,000,000
- Annual performance bonus (paid once per year).
- Commuting allowance up to 150,000/month; car commuting allowed with gas and toll reimbursement.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

- Background in science or engineering fields such as electrical/electronics, chemistry/materials, physics/applied physics, mathematics, mechanical, or information.
- Logical thinking and strong communication skills in team settings.
- Experience in process improvement (industry agnostic).
- Semiconductor engineering experience is a plus.
- Basic English proficiency.
- Ideal for candidates seeking deep specialization in a specific technical domain.
