Responsibilities :

Manage the sales operations function and collaborate with global teams in Japan, the USA, Hungary, and Mexico.
Act as a strategic partner to the Japan sales organization, providing insights and operational support.
Lead daily operations in sales, account management, analytics, and transformation.
Drive cross-functional improvement and change management initiatives.
Define and implement best practice standards across customer teams.
Analyze and improve existing sales processes for efficiency and standardization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and deliver data analytics solutions.
Execute HR cycle activities including hiring, performance management, coaching, and team development.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, program management, or account management.
Proven experience in leading transformation initiatives from ideation to completion.
Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to support sales teams.
Excellent collaboration, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in both English and Japanese.
Preferred: Background in data analytics, experience in process mapping and continuous improvement, ability to assimilate information efficiently, and certifications in sales operations/management.
