?Plan and achieve sales and OEM targets across multiple product brands.
?Sell hot runners, sensors, controllers, and molds to new and existing customers.
?Develop strategies for product, market, pricing, and value-based selling.
?Prepare and update sales forecasts and reports, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
?Build and maintain strong customer relationships to meet growth and profitability goals.
?Establish long-term cooperation with OEM clients to secure preferred supplier agreements.
?Lead marketing and sales initiatives, including territory and channel management.
?Recruit, train, and develop a high-performance sales team.
?Collaborate with marketing and support teams to meet strategic sales objectives.
?Negotiate contracts and ensure customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
?Travel frequently to engage with customers, suppliers, and regional offices.
?Annual salary: 13,000,000 to 17,000,000
?Full coverage of commuting expenses.

?Managerial grade: Exempt from overtime and late-night premium pay provisions.
?Working hours: 09:00?18:00 (60-minute break).
?Monthly overtime: Approx. 20 hours (to be confirmed).
?Holidays: 123 days annually, including weekends and national holidays.
?Paid leave: Minimum of 10 days granted from the 7th month after joining.
?Smoking prohibited on company premises.
?Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, sales management, or related field; advanced credentials preferred.
?Over 10 years of commercial/sales experience in multinational companies within injection molding-related industries.
?At least 8 years of experience managing high-performance sales teams.
?Proven success in expanding business into new verticals or territories.
?Familiarity with CRM, account management, and sales funnel strategies.
?Strong analytical, strategic planning, and negotiation skills.
?Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
?Fluent in spoken and written English; native-level Japanese required.
?Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
