Position at global leading digital transformation and energy company
?Lead a team responsible for standardizing and executing project management practices for mission-critical infrastructure projects in Japan.
?Oversee the deployment of tools and frameworks that formalize project initiation, approval, and execution processes.
?Monitor project progress, including milestone billings, site issues, and process implementation.
?Collaborate with procurement teams to manage vendor and subcontractor qualifications for turnkey projects.
?Ensure consistent application of project management methodologies tailored to regional needs.
?Foster a culture of proactive risk assessment and mitigation across all projects.
?Report directly to the head of the regional application center and be actively involved in early project stages.
?Annual salary ranging from 7,000,000 to 12,000,000, with bonuses paid once a year.

?Certification as a 1st Class Electrical or Plumbing Construction Managing Engineer in Japan or equivalent.
?Technical training in systems such as generators, MV/LV, UPS, chillers, and fire protection is a plus.
?Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic AutoCAD skills.
?Strong communication abilities in both technical and non-technical contexts.
?Excellent time management and ethical standards.
?Adaptability to multicultural work environments.
