About the Company :

Responsibilities :

?Manage and control EPMS projects to meet client requirements and budget targets.
?Oversee service engineers and contractors during project implementation.
?Coordinate and manage FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) with customers.
?Handle multiple project deliveries in alignment with client or general contractor expectations.
?Attend project discussions and site meetings.
?Support contract administration including ordering, billing milestones, and documentation.
?Collaborate with the customer service team on parts ordering and lead times.
?Manage subcontractor schedules and ensure quality standards.
?Assist in commissioning EPMS systems, including GUI setup and testing.
?Prepare EPMS points lists and drawings for submission.
?Promote and sustain the Quality Management System through process implementation, risk-based thinking, and continuous improvement.

?Annual salary: 6,000,000 to 10,500,000
?Performance bonus: 15% of annual base salary.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

?Diploma or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
?Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
?Skills in AutoCAD, PLC, networking, and BMS/EPMS systems.
?Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
?Fluent in Japanese and English.
