[Job Description]
- Manage month-end closing activities, including journal reviews and trial balance checks.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the group, and present account results to the Finance Manager.
- Maintain and update cash flow statements, manage account balances, and coordinate fund transfers or loan requests.
- Communicate with external tax and payroll professionals to ensure compliance with both group and local requirements.
- Support business operations by reviewing fee schedules and costs to calculate revenue accruals and deferrals.
- Participate in finance-related projects and provide accounting support for new initiatives.

[Qualifications]
- Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
- Advanced understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Native-level Japanese and proficient English skills.
- CPA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.

Qualifications
? Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management or equivalent
? Min 3 years' relevant experience
? Adobe InDesign ? Strong knowledge and experience in work or at University.
? Native Japanese language capability
? Business level English language capability
