About the Company :

Leading real asset management company in APAC region

Responsibilities :

- Source and acquire logistics land of approximately 15,000 m2 or more across Japan based on development fund.
- Work with the in-house construction, acquisition, and legal teams to obtain development permits up to ready for development.
- Negotiate with brokers, consulting firms, and government agencies.
- Manage income and expenditures, construction material and schedule management, and prepare related contracts.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

- Experience in acquiring land. Experience in acquiring land for logistics purposes is a plus (experience in acquiring land in urbanization control areas is a plus).
- Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate smoothly with internal and external parties, including brokers and consulting firms.
- Someone who is good at negotiating both inside and outside the company, including with government officials.
- Schedule management skills
- Real estate agent qualifications are a plus.
