Responsibilities :

・Manage the Contractor’s EHS performance to ensure that the Contractor is in compliance with their stated practices and procedures
・Work with the construction management team at site by delivering current data on Contractor's EHS performance
・Ensure KPIs and EHS data submitted by the Contractor is accurate, timely and complete.
・Assist in design reviews throughout the Life Cycle-planning, as requested/required (Design, permitting, construction, testing and commissioning, handover, etc.).

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

Fluent Japanese (JLPT N2 and above) and English (business level)
Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution. Preference towards a Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
Familiar with local statutory submissions and approvals process
At least 5 years as a Project Manager, Design Manager or similar role.
Ability to manage all aspects of construction projects effectively and efficiently including, but not limited to budgeting, scheduling, submittals, change orders.
