Position at top-tier energy and automaton company
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the C&SP and semiconductor sectors to understand client needs and challenges.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, focusing on account growth and penetration.
- Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and position offerings effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that align with customer requirements.
- Support project execution in coordination with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports to guide strategic decisions.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and technical teams to ensure consistent messaging and solution delivery.
- Annual salary: 8,000,000- 12,000,000 (monthly base: 666,666- 1,000,000).
- Incentive bonus paid once annually.

- Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Experience in project sales and project management.
- Specific knowledge of LV-MV electrical equipment, transformers, protection & control systems, and digital automation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong presentation capabilities.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
