Responsibilities :

?Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the C&SP and semiconductor sectors to understand client needs and challenges.
?Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, focusing on account growth and penetration.
?Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and position offerings effectively.
?Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that align with customer requirements.
?Support project execution in coordination with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
?Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports to guide strategic decisions.
?Work cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and technical teams to ensure consistent messaging and solution delivery.

Benefits :

?Annual salary: 8,000,000?12,000,000 (monthly base: 666,666?1,000,000).
?Incentive bonus paid once annually.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

?Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
?Experience in project sales and project management.
?Specific knowledge of LV-MV electrical equipment, transformers, protection & control systems, and digital automation.
?Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
?Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong presentation capabilities.
?Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
?Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
