?Lead the strategy and execution of the service business line in Japan, aligning with overall business goals.
?Develop new service opportunities and business models tailored to Japanese industry needs.
?Expand the service portfolio including contracts, upgrades, digital services, and training.
?Manage profit and loss responsibilities, optimizing pricing, cost control, and operational efficiency.
?Oversee and develop service teams in Nagoya and Yokohama, fostering a culture of customer focus and continuous improvement.
?Build strong customer relationships and enhance service quality through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
?Drive sales and marketing activities, manage territories and channels, and utilize CRM tools for operational excellence.
?Promote digital transformation through data-driven services and sustainable, high-value service models.
?Annual salary: 10,000,000 to 13,000,000 (monthly: 833,333 to 1,083,333).
?Full coverage of commuting expenses.
?Social insurance: Health, pension, employment, and industrial injury.
?Paid leave: 10 days upon joining, increasing by 2 days annually (maximum 22 days).
?Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, Golden Week, summer vacation (3 days), New Year holidays, and company anniversary (June 30).
?Working hours: 09:00?17:30 (60-minute break).
?Managerial grade: Exempt from overtime and late-night premium pay provisions.

?University degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
?Over 10 years of experience in direct sales or product management within the industrial equipment sector.
?7?10 years of experience in service management or after-sales roles.

?Fluent in Japanese and business-level English.
?Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
?Proficiency in data analysis, CRM, and digital tools.
?Self-driven, capable of multitasking, and passionate about customer-centric service innovation.
