Responsibilities :

Job Description

- Perform repair and calibration of electronic instruments.
- Manage related data entry and documentation.
- Respond to technical inquiries from customers.
- Provide technical support to sales teams.
- Conduct repairs at customer sites when required.
- Participate in training programs both in Japan and Germany.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

- Experience as a field service engineer, service engineer, or in technical support within the test and measurement equipment industry.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
- Ability to perform tasks and communicate effectively in English.
