Responsibilities :

Job Description

?Perform repair and calibration of electronic instruments.
?Manage related data entry and documentation.
?Respond to technical inquiries from customers.
?Provide technical support to sales teams.
?Conduct repairs at customer sites when required.
?Participate in training programs both in Japan and Germany.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

?Experience as a field service engineer, service engineer, or in technical support within the test and measurement equipment industry.
?Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
?Ability to perform tasks and communicate effectively in English.
