Responsibilities :

?Rapidly expand sales in the Japan market and exceed revenue targets.
?Drive growth through preferred partners and increase average sales per partner.
?Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for channel partners.
?Demonstrate products to customers and partners, emphasizing unique value propositions.
?Develop high-performing sales channels for both hardware and off-the-shelf solutions.
?Resolve urgent customer and partner issues with effective solutions.
?Gain deep knowledge of products, applications, and robot platforms.
?Enable new partners through sales and product training.
?Represent the company at exhibitions and trade fairs

Benefits :

?Annual salary range: 10,000,000 to 12,000,000
?Full coverage of commuting expenses.
?Social insurance (health, pension, employment, industrial injury).
?Working hours: 09:00 to 18:00, with a 60-minute break.
?Monthly overtime: 0 to 40 hours.
?Holidays include weekends, national holidays, Golden Week, and New Year holidays.
?Paid leave: 10 days granted from the 6th month of employment.
?Managerial grade: exempt from certain labor law provisions regarding working hours and premium pay.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

?Minimum 10 years of technical sales experience in automation or robotics.
?Proven track record of driving revenue growth.
?Self-starter with high energy and the ability to work independently.
?Strong leadership and coaching skills for partner development.
?Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
?Willingness to travel domestically up to 75%; occasional international travel.
?Native-level Japanese and professional-level English proficiency.
?Bachelor’s degree required.
