Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Labor Relations, Law, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in labor relations
- Strong knowledge of Japanese labor laws, regulations, and employment practices
- Experience in collective bargaining and managing relationships with labor unions
- Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Japanese and English
- Experience working in multinational organizations preferred
