Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

Qualifications
?Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Labor Relations, Law, or related field
?5+ years of experience in labor relations
?Strong knowledge of Japanese labor laws, regulations, and employment practices
?Experience in collective bargaining and managing relationships with labor unions
?Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
?Ability to communicate effectively in both Japanese and English
?Experience working in multinational organizations preferred
