Responsibilities :

- drive end to end recruitment activities for positions across Japan, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing the offer process.
- Collaborate closely with hiring Managers to understand role expectations and craft effective hiring strategies
- develop and maintain a robust Talent pipeline through proactive and targeted sourcing efforts
- Leverage job Boards, social media platforms, and networking channels to attract high quality candidates
- Work with internal stakeholders and the HR team to Ensure a seamless onboarding Experience for new hires

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

- Native-level Japanese proficiency paired with strong English reading and writing capabilities
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience (either in-house or agency), ideally within a dynamic, fast paced setting
- Highly self motivated individual with excellent communication abilities and strong stakeholder management skills
