- Translate business goals into HR priorities and Deliver HR solutions that add strategic value, partnering with relevant HR teams to ensure effective execution.
- Collaborate with regional Hub HRBP to drive culture, organizational Development, and people initiatives, leveraging existing HR programs or developing new solutions when needed.
- advise and Coach leaders on both strategic and operational HR matters, supporting people Development, Hiring, employee engagement, and change management initiatives.
- Lead and execute core HR processes, including workforce and succession planning, performance and talent management, compensation, organizational changes, and daily HR operations.

- Experience in key HR areas such as employee relations, performance management, coaching, or talent development.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate HR priorities into action and work effectively in a team.
