Responsibilities :

- Oversee and improve HR operations for the Technical Center, including compensation, evaluation processes, payroll coordination, labor management, and HRIS, ensuring smooth and effective execution.
- Plan, operate, and enhance HR policies and systems, such as compensation frameworks, evaluation systems, and Various internal rules to Support organizational effectiveness.
- Provide HRBP Support to the organization, ensuring smooth operations through appropriate staffing, organizational changes, system operation, and change management in Collaboration with other divisions.
- Lead and participate in HR initiatives across the global and local Group HR network, driving alignment and implementation of Group-wide HR projects.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

- 5+ years of HR Experience as a generalist
- business-level Japanese and English
