- Analyzes Compensation and Market trends and prepares reports to support senior management with data-driven insights for rewards-related decisions.
- Develops and updates rewards policies, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal governance, and maintains consistent job evaluation and grading practices.
- Supports rewards operations by managing vendor relationships, overseeing employee benefits programs, and responding to employee questions to Ensure clear understanding of Compensation and benefits.
