- Manage daily HR operations, including Onboarding/offboarding and maintaining accurate employee data.
- advise and Support Managers on HR and labor-related matters, ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and general HR Support needs.
- Oversee time & attendance, leave/absence tracking, and coordinate payroll related inputs.
- drive HR process improvements and Lead HR initiatives, including policy updates, system implementations, organizational Development, and employee engagement projects.

- Annual salary considered up to 8 million yen
- Around 2-3+ years of experience in HR support roles such as HR administration, HR operations, or recruiting.
- Experience in a dynamic or fast moving environment
- Interest or some exposure to HR strategy or organizational development is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Basic familiarity with Japanese labor laws and a willingness to learn more.
- Strong communication and problem solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Business level Japanese and English
